Policy

The Indian Heart Association (IHA) serves on the Cardiovascular Subcommittee of the Bureau of Indian Standards, Ministry of Health India. We work with a variety of stakeholders to help shape policy that improves health outcomes. Our work has been featured at the national and global levels. Advocacy

The Indian Heart Association (IHA) advocates for cardiovascular health promotion for all. We conduct comprehensive heart healthy screening camps, sit on international and national health boards, and partner with global and Indian organizations. Education

The Indian Heart Association (IHA) raises awarness about preventative cardiovascular health through online outreach, literature, and grassroots advocacy. We've been featured in several leading domestic and global publications. IHA is a representative of G20 via C20 Non-Communical Diseases committee. G20's past Chairman was India's PM Narendra Modi. Our journey began with a unifying passion: to conquer heart disease.

The Indian Heart Association (IHA) and Indian Stroke Association (ISA) is a cardiovascular health NGO founded by passionate individuals who were personally affected by cardiovascular disease and stroke. The major goal of our organization is to raise awareness about preventative cardiovascular health through a combination of online outreach and grassroots advocacy.
